A strong start to the 2025 sales year: Nearly 2,000 participants gathered at the annual kick-off of Württembergische Versicherung AG at Messe Stuttgart to learn about strategies, deepen their knowledge, and network.

The event impressed not only with its diverse content, but also with smooth operations and a clear structure. Spread across more than 14,000 m², a space was created where around 2,000 guests could easily find their way, experience inspiring content, and network with purpose.

Stage, Themed Spaces, and Experiences
The Main Stage served as the central anchor for the opening, keynote, panel discussions, and evening event. Surrounding it, themed spaces such as the “Dome,” masterclasses, and an Experience Walk offered a variety of inspiring formats.
Brand Claim Meets Spatial Design
“Solid as a Rock” – the visual concept reflected the brand claim: polygonal shapes, atmospherically staged lighting in the corporate colors, and a clear spatial layout created a strong visual presence.


Hybrid, intuitive, seamless
Steven Gätjen hosted the event together with a co-host – also engaging in a hybrid dialogue with a remote guest. Detailed planning made the guest flow intuitive and the experience seamless.
