What's really important to us.
"I would like to apply to you..."
You have no idea how many applications we receive every day! And how many of them assure that their sender is "team player, flexible, communicative and creative". Our HR team naturally has a hard time finding those who really have something to say.
That's why we have a few tips for you here, to make you aware of yourself and to showcase the talents you bring to the table
#1 Give us images
We are not looking for someone like John or Jane Doe, but people with experience and personality. Let us be part of it! Preferably in an authentic, open and genuine way, because we really want to get to know you. Surprise us with ideas, feed your CV with numbers and projects with facts - in short: give us a picture of who you really are. Then we will recognize you immediately in a personal conversation.
#2 And how about you?
A conversation like this is like a first date. Of course, you're a little excited and curious at the same time. So are we: What topics are you passionate about? What have been the highlights of your career so far? What do you find rather uncool? Will you definitely become a member of one of our cooking groups or do you prefer to play a game of table tennis instead? Take us by the hand in the job interview, be relaxed and have fun getting to know each other.
#3 Dress? Code.
We are an agency. We have a wide variety of people working for us and we dress accordingly casually in our everyday life. Jeans and jump suits, dirndls and blazers or check shirts and Star Wars sweaters meet here. But when customers visit us, we also like to get out a suit and tie - even if it's Sweatpants Friday... So you can also choose how you want to dress to make your first impression.
#4 Get to know our spirit.
We have a lot to offer. And we'd love to show you. But the more you ask yourself, the more you learn about us. What is the Team Academy again? Legendary festivals? Sports groups? Ice cream for everyone? And is there really beer fridge? Our different teams all have their own team spirit - get to know it. Only those who ask will win!
